How do I change my address? (Creditor)
If you have an ECF Account, view the Change of Address procedure available on the Court’s procedures manual. If you are unable to file documents electronically, mail or hand-deliver a signed statement identifying the case number, the old address and the current mailing address to the court in the jurisdiction where the case was filed.

How do I object to the debtor receiving a discharge?
You may object to the discharge of all debts or object to the dischargeability of a specific debt. Either type of objection is referred to as a compliant and if filed, initiates an Adversary Proceeding. Review the procedures regarding the filing of an Adversary Proceeding in the Court’s procedures manual. Objections to discharge/ dischargeability must be received in writing no later than the date set forth on the Notice of Bankruptcy Case.

Is there an installment plan available for the filing fee?
An Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments can be filed under chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. See the installment procedure available in the Court’s procedures manual.
