Triennial Dollar Amount Adjustment National Form Changes
The Court seeks to fill one vacancy on the Local Rules Committee for a three-year term beginning April 1, 2025. Attorneys who represent mortgage creditors/servicers and Chapter 7 trustees are particularly encouraged to apply. Starting February 1, 2025, Judge McCord will be entered into the CM/ECF Automatic Judge/Trustee Assignment module for Chapter 11 cases filed in the Indianapolis division. Going forward, 40% of Chapter 11 cases filed in Indianapolis will be randomly assigned to Judge Graham, 40% to Judge Carr, and 20% to Judge McCord.
