General Order 26-0004: Bankruptcy Noticing Center – Ongoing Service Interruption
The Court has issued General Order 26-0004, which outlines the impact of the continuing Bankruptcy Noticing Center service interruption on notice and service requirements and meetings of creditors.
Bankruptcy Noticing Center Service Interruption
Due to a national service interruption affecting the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (“BNC”) since Friday, October 9, 2026, notices generated by the Court currently cannot be served through the BNC.
The service interruption has also rendered the following websites unavailable:
