If a document is restricted it has been hidden from public view. A document can be restricted for various reasons. The most common reason is the presence of personal identifiers. Review the Motion for Protective Order, Motion to Redact, and/or Motion to Restrict Public Access procedures available on the Court’s procedures manual for more information.
Contact your attorney. If you are not represented by an attorney, contact the chapter 13 trustee assigned to your case.

Proof of Claims
You may object to the discharge of all debts or object to the dischargeability of a specific debt. Either type of objection is referred to as a complaint and if filed, initiates an Adversary Proceeding. Review the procedures regarding the filing of an Adversary Proceeding in the Court’s procedures manual. Objections to discharge/ dischargeability must be received in writing no later than the date set forth on the Notice of Bankruptcy Case.
You may file documents and pleadings with the Clerk’s Office in the jurisdiction where you live. The court is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm except legal holidays
