Change to Request for Notice ECF event
The Request for Notice ECF event is being changed. Effective January 5, 2026, the event will generate a virtual docket entry; the filer is no longer required to attach a PDF document when using the event. The name of the event will be retitled Request for Notice Pursuant to FRBP 2002(g).
Quality Control of Documents Related to Recent FRBP 3002.1 Amendments
As set forth within Amended General Order 25-0002, use of the new Official Forms related to the recent Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3002.1 (“Forms”) amendments is mandatory. However, the Court’s ability to perform its customary degree of review of those pleadings designated as a “doc” within ECF (Notice of Mortgage Payment Change and Response to Trustee’s Notice of Disbursements Made) is limited. The Court also anticipates that parties may tailor the language of other Forms (Motion Under Rule 3002.
B-1009-1. AMENDMENTS OF VOLUNTARY PETITIONS, LISTS, SCHEDULES, AND STATEMENTS OF FINANCIAL AFFAIRS
(a) Form of Amendments
(1) Generally
Amendments to voluntary petitions, lists, schedules, statements, and other documents shall:
(A) comply with Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1009 and S.D.Ind. B-1007-1;
(B) be verified and signed by the Debtor under penalty of perjury;
(C) note the information that has changed in the document, either by highlighting or description;
