Dynamic features (i.e. expansion of text boxes and adding of rows) have been restored within the 12-2023 version of the Court’s Model Chapter 13 Plan.  The 12-2023 version of the form must be used starting no later than Monday, February 5, 2024. 

The Court seeks to fill two vacancies on the Local Rules Committee for a three-year term beginning April 1, 2024.  Attorneys who practice in the Evansville, New Albany or Terre Haute divisions are encouraged to apply.  More information regarding Terms of Office and Duties of committee members is found in the Court’s General Order 23-0003; the Committee meets one Friday afternoon each month from March or April through October in fulfillment of its duties.  Candidates should submit a brief statement of interest in serving on the Committee to
