Notice of Procedure Changes Due to Pandemic
Effective immediately, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana has adopted the following procedural changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here to view those changes.
Chapter 13: Using the New ECF Filing Events
The local rules changes effective December 1st, 2020, made some important alterations to Chapter 13 practice. After a few weeks of experience with the new procedures, the Court now offers guidance on proper use of new ECF events. For information, click here.
