The Small Business Reorganization Act (“SBRA”) takes effect on February 19th. SBRA establishes a new Subchapter V within Chapter 11 and will result in changes to forms and to ECF events on its effective date. For more information click here.

If you are unable to file documents electronically, mail or hand-deliver a signed statement identifying the case number, the old address and the current mailing address to the court in the jurisdiction where the case was filed.
