The 12-2023 version of the Court’s Model Chapter 13 Plan contains one minor revision in paragraph 7(b) – the reference to the Local Rule was corrected to B-3015-1(e).  In addition, the website form is no longer dynamic (i.e. while the form remains fillable, the functionality to add rows is no longer available); however, a supplemental page for the inclusion of additional text was added to the end of the form.  Filers must use the 12-2023 version of the form by Monday, February 5, 2024.
