The Court has issued General Order 24-0001 (Audio-Only Remote Public Access to Bankruptcy Proceedings), which outlines the circumstances by which a Bankruptcy Judge may authorize live remote public audio access to a Bankruptcy Court proceeding.
A creditor matrix is a listing of the name and address of each creditor in a bankruptcy case. It must be filed electronically pursuant to Indiana Southern Bankruptcy Court S.D.Ind. B-1007-1(b). A diskette or CD with the listings of creditors in a text file must be submitted for bankruptcy cases filed non-electronically (on paper).
