Return to In-Person Hearings – General Orders Issued

On January 23, 2023, the Court issued General Order 23-0001 (Resumption of In-Person Hearings, effective March 1, 2023) and General Order 23-0002 (Presentation of Evidence During Virtual Hearings, effective immediately).  Counsel and parties with matters proceeding before the Court are strongly encouraged to review the details of both general orders in their entirety. 

 

Additional Guidance in Advance of Return to In-Person Hearings

General Order 23-0001 (Resumption of In-Person Hearings), effective on March 1, 2023, provides in part that the party requesting the conversion of an in-person hearing to a Virtual Hearing “is required to provide the Telephone or Zoom information to interested parties not registered with the Court’s Electronic Case Filing System.”  This requirement does not necessitate the filing of a Certificate of Service by the requesting party (though counsel are welcome to file a Certificate of Service should they wish).  Telephone and Zoom i
