Relief from Abandonment
If a trustee seeks relief from abandonment to pursue possible assets, a Motion for Relief from Abandonment with a 14-day objection notice to affected parties must be filed. After the motion is granted, a Report of Possible Assets may be filed.

When a Motion to Reopen Bankruptcy Case is filed in a case assigned to a retired judge, another judge is auto-assigned but that was not reflected in docket text. The event has been updated to include judge assignment in docket text.
Proposed Amendments to Local Rules: Public Comment Period
The Judges are considering several minor amendments to the local rules. The deadline for comments is November 22nd. More Info
