The Court has posted a notice of process changes taking effect February 5th, particularly as to use of filing instead of certificate date for calculation of deadlines and quality control for statement of consent. You can read the notice here.
On April 16, 2018, the court community will be upgrading its Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) to the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen). This upgrade will provide users with several benefits including Central Sign-on: the ability for e-filing attorneys to access any NextGen court they practice within using one login and password. The Indiana Southern Bankruptcy Court plans to upgrade to NextGen April 16, 2018.

Update to Substitution of Appearance Event
The Court has posted a notice about some of the major changes taking effect December 1st, particularly as to ECF events. You can read the notice here.
The Court has entered three general orders. The first, 17-0001, adopts amendments to the local rules. The second, 17-0002, adopts a new local Chapter 13 plan form that must be used for all plans and amended plans filed on and after December 1st.
The third order, 17-0003, adopts a new installment fee schedule, to accommodate changes in Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1006.
The following CM/ECF updates will take effect the weekend of October 15, 2017:
NextGen Event Cleanup
Duplicate events have been eliminated. Select text has been updated to distinguish between bankruptcy and adversary events. The select text for retired events have been updated to include “RETIRED” along with the original select text. Select text has been updated for events where the select text was not complete.
Discharge Request program
The following CM/ECF update will take effect the weekend of September 16, 2017:
Correct filer information in docket text for application for compensation
Docket text for Application for Compensation event has been updated to include” filed on behalf “text. The docket text now displays in the same manner as other motion events.
