The Court’s ECF Administrative Policies and Procedures, which have the same effect as a local rule pursuant to Local Rule B-5005-4, provide that an attorney may use the accepted e-signature format for a debtor client on a document filed with the Court if the attorney possesses the original document with the debtor’s wet signature.  Click here for more information.
