Order of No Discharge Procedure
The following changes have been made to help both attorneys and court users with the Order of No Discharge procedure:
The United States Trustee seeks resumes from persons wishing to be considered for appointment to the panel of trustees who administer cases filed under chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code. The appointment is for cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of Illinois, primarily in the Peoria Division. More Info
The Court reminds that the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure now require parties to state whether they consent to the entry of a final judgment or order. More Info

Motion to Withdraw Claim Pursuant to FRBP 3006
This event and the related Notice of Withdrawal of Claim event have been added to the Limited Users menu for use when withdrawing a claim that has been objected to.

Amended Motions and Fees
A fee is not required if a party amends a previously filed motion that hasn’t yet been ruled on. Motion events that charge fees have been updated to include a message concerning amended motions and what to do if the filer needs the incurred fee removed.

Order of No Discharge
The Notice of No Discharge that the court previously issued for failure to file financial management certifications and chapter 13 discharge related documents is being replaced with an Order of No Discharge. Debtors will need to seek relief from the order before they can file documents and receive a discharge.
Certificate of Services re: Plan Notices
Effective January 9th the Court will be looking for certificates of service concerning Chapter 13 plan distribution by debtors 3 days after the direction to service. More Info
