What is a Notice of Requirement re: Personal Financial Management Course?
The notice is a reminder to file a certificate of completion of post-petition financial management. This is the second counseling course that is required in a bankruptcy proceeding. Failing to file the certificate in a timely manner may result in your case being closed without a discharge.

May I convert my case from one chapter to another, i.e. Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 or Chapter 13 to Chapter 7?
