BrowseAloud is a small computer program that works with web browsers to allow users to listen to text that appears on a web site as it is read aloud. Once the required software is installed, a computer-generated voice reads aloud the selected text, highlighting the specific text as it is read. BrowseAloud is a free download and can be downloaded here.

Electronic filing will be unavailable on Saturday, October 7th, from 8:00 AM until noon as the court installs the latest version of the CM/ECF software.
This new version is designed to work with more current Internet browser versions than are currently supported. The versions that will work successfully after the upgrade are:
Two courses must be taken; a credit counseling course (taken before filing) and a debtor education/ financial management course (taken after the case is filed).

The notice is a reminder to file a certificate of completion of post-petition financial management. This is the second counseling course that is required in a bankruptcy proceeding. Failing to file the certificate in a timely manner may result in your case being closed without a discharge.
