Documents from cases filed from 2005 to present are only accessible at www.pacer.gov (login and password is required). For cases filed prior to 2005, contact the Clerk’s Office in the jurisdiction where the case was filed.

You may file documents and pleadings with the Clerk’s Office in the jurisdiction where you live. The court is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm except legal holidays

If you need an oral language interpreter for your 341 meeting of creditors, contact your case trustee (Chapters 7 and 13). Contact the United States Trustee's office for Chapter 11s cases. However, for any hearing that you will appear before a judge, you will be required to provide your own oral language interpreter.

The notice address is where the Clerk’s Office will send notices. The payment address is where the trustee may send payments.

If a creditor’s payment address has changed, contact the chapter 13 trustee assigned to the case. If the noticing address (which is the address you wish to receive documents from the Court) has changed, review the Change of Address procedure available in the Court’s Procedures Manual.
