Starting February 1, 2025, Judge McCord will be entered into the CM/ECF Automatic Judge/Trustee Assignment module for Chapter 11 cases filed in the Indianapolis division.  Going forward, 40% of Chapter 11 cases filed in Indianapolis will be randomly assigned to Judge Graham, 40% to Judge Carr, and 20% to Judge McCord.   Refer to the Notice to Those Appearing Before Judge McCord in Indianapolis Chapter 11 Cases for more information.
