The Court seeks to fill one vacancy on the Local Rules Committee for a three-year term beginning April 1, 2025.  Attorneys who represent mortgage creditors/servicers and Chapter 7 trustees are particularly encouraged to apply.  More information regarding Terms of Office and Duties of committee members is found in the Court’s General Order 23-0003; the Committee meets one Friday afternoon each month from March or April through October in fulfillment of its duties.  Candidates should submit a brief statement of interest in serving on the Committee to Local_Rules_Comments@insb.uscourts.gov  by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday, February 21, 2025.  All applicants will be informed of the Court’s decision.
