Documents that may be filed by limited users

The following document types are accessible by limited users in ECF:

• Auditor Report (auditors only)
• Change of Address
• Motion for Refund of Court Fees
• Motion to Remove Document Pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9037
• Motion to Withdraw Claim
• Notice of Exception to Filing a Notice of Payment Change
• Notice of Fees, Expenses or Charges (Rule 3002.1)
• Notice of Payment Change
• Notice of Servicer Change
• Proof of Claim
• Reaffirmation Agreement
• Reaffirmation Cover Sheet
• Interim Report on Loss Mitigation
• Request for Further Notice of Abandonment
• Request for Notice
• Response to Notice of Final Cure Payment
• Satisfaction of Claim
• Transfer of Claim
• Withdraw Claim Notice with Certificate of Service
• Withdraw Document
• Withdrawal of Proof of Claim

If limited users wish to file a document not on the above list, they will not be able to file it electronically. An attorney with full user rights can be retained to file the document electronically, or the limited user can submit the document on paper. The paper document should be mailed or delivered to the Clerk's Office.
