The Court has issued General Order 24-0002 (Local Rule Amendments) in response to the May 3, 2024 ruling of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Marshall v. Johnson.

Effective Monday, May 6, 2024, the Clerk’s Office front counters in Evansville, Indianapolis, and New Albany will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM).
The Court has issued General Order 24-0001 (Audio-Only Remote Public Access to Bankruptcy Proceedings), which outlines the circumstances by which a Bankruptcy Judge may authorize live remote public audio access to a Bankruptcy Court proceeding.
