Expansion of Certificate of Service requirement

Effective immediately, a Certificate of Service is required to be filed along with the following additional document types:

• Motion to Extend Time to File Chapter 13 Amended Plan

• Motion to Extend Time for Credit Counseling

• Motion to Extend Time to File Miscellaneous Documents

• Chapter 13 Application to Employ Special Counsel for Personal Injury Claim

• Motion for Protective Order

• Motion for Relief from the Dismissal Order pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9024

• Motion for Relief from Judgment/Order (any other type)

• Motion for Turnover

• Motion to Incur Debt

• Motion to Remove Document Pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9037

• Motion to Seal Case

• Motion to Convert

• Notice of Conversion to Chapter 7

• Withdraw Document (only required if the document being withdrawn required a Certificate of Service)

• Unsecured Creditors' Committee - Notice of Appointment

• Trustee's Notice of Plan Completion
